Position Overview
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you’ll represent Stellar Turnovers to prospective clients — homeowners, property managers, and short-term rental hosts. Your goal is simple: help clients discover the value of our professional, premium cleaning services and convert those conversations into recurring business relationships.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, ideal for someone driven, persuasive, and entrepreneurial. You’ll control your schedule, your methods, and your results — and you’ll be rewarded directly for the clients you bring in.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify leads through your preferred outreach methods (door-to-door, social media, phone, digital, or networking).
- Educate clients on Stellar Turnovers’ premium services and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Secure new client accounts for recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- Upsell clients on optional service extras (deep cleaning, laundry, or restocking).
- Report new clients acquired to management for verification and commission payout.
Compensation Plan
- 💰 Flat $100 commission for every new recurring client you acquire.
- The $100 commission is paid only after the client completes their first cleaning and books a recurring plan (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- Canceled or one-time jobs are ineligible for commission.
- Stellar Turnovers reserves the right to verify each client’s validity and booking completion before payout.
- You control your income — the more clients you acquire, the more you earn.
- Example: 10 new clients per week = $1,000 weekly income.
